I imagine today only makes you a little more worried. It's tough because, like, at one point, you had Adam Peters talking about how much he values terry and he wants to get this done and then a few hours later you know you and i were texting and i knew kind of the deadline was four o'clock and that's why i wanted to wait and see what news would emerge um as far as terry reporting i thought you know maybe he'd be a hold in i think a holdin is a much more hospitable place than a hold-out. And he's a hold-out. We're here, dude. What's up? Yeah, I am fired the up right now.

I am really as frustrated with this football team on the football side of things as I think I've ever been um we're heading into the second I mean

since I started covering this team in 2007 2008 I mean we're talking 17 18 years I don't

know that there's been there have been individual small mismanagements along the way and

maybe big mismanagement along the way and maybe big mismanagement

along the way, including some of the awful draft picks.

But this is a slam dunk.

I mean, this is a guy who's shown you who he is in the good times and the bad times.

And I understand this is one of the oldest rosters in the NFL, maybe the oldest.

And that might play into all of this.

In fact, in the way that they are trying to

handle this thing. To me, my biggest issue with it all is last week when Terry talked, it being a

month from the time that, you know, those two sides have talked. And, you know, I'm sure you or your

friends or your wife have been in spats along the way. And at some point,

someone has to be the bigger man and step up and fire that first, you know, text message,

hey, man, let's talk or whatever. And we talk about this front office here in Washington being

mature and how good of a job they've done. And they've been there and done that. They've had the
