Tips for a fun life, book recommendations, crazy documentaries that I've watched that have really resonated

with me.

I've been compiling interviews with close friends.

I've been compiling stories of weird shit that happens in my life and I have barfed it up into a microphone

for your listening pleasure.

If there's one thing that I've learned about life is that it's hard a lot of the times.

And so I hope that this podcast can give you a respite

from life's troubles, if only for an hour a week.
