Hello, my name is Javanna Fletcher. I'm about to start a brand new podcast called Happy

Mum Happy Baby. The podcast. I wrote a book at the start of the year called Happy Mum

Happy Baby in which I detailed my experience of motherhood, the height, the lows, the

judgement, the failings, everything I could think of. I was just very, very honest. And

on this podcast, I'm inviting some guests, a lot of my friends to be honest, to give their

accounts of motherhood. Some of them I haven't heard them talk about motherhood in the way

they are and it's so refreshing to hear. We'll be discussing everything from breastfeeding,

to anxiety, to miscarriage, to feeling judged. It's going to be full of laughs and possibly

some tears. I mean, I have cried. And throughout the first series, I'll be joined by the likes

of Izzy Judd, Joe Elvin, Hannah Mags, Fern Cotton, Sarah Turner, Rochelle Humes, Frankie

Bridge, lots of lovely ladies who I can't wait for you to hear what they have to say.

And in the first episode, we have my best mate, Emma Willis.

I know I'm not a midwife and I shouldn't advise this, but whether it's give as much

boobies you can and top up with formula or if you just need sleep at night, you know,

expression milk and make him get up, whoever's next to you, or if they will take some formula,

give it to them in the night, if you just need a kit. Like, do what is best, happy mum,

happy baby. And as a me that's the way to tell you the title of the classroom, yeah, it's

absolutely right.
