I've never covered a story like the case of Philadelphia's Dr. Kermit Baron Gosnell.

He's America's most prolific serial killer and you've probably never heard of him.

A Philadelphia abortion doctor has been charged with eight counts of murder.

I thought homicide was ridiculous, you know, because I know it could be the homicide

and feel that I had done anything wrong at all.

Well, that wasn't my fault that they didn't inspect me.

I felt that I was among the most qualified and highest skilled provider.

I often refer to him as like a Hannibal Lecter type person.

What we experienced was far beyond anything I could ever have imagined.

And to realize what it was he was doing and how horrific it was.

It was a mill, it was a murder mill.

I didn't even know why I got arrested, you know, the night they came for me. No one told me.

I just took to Twitter. I would look at a reporter and I would ask them personally,

why have you not covered the Kermit-Gosnell story?

When you then came to assist him and were working with him,

I mean, I think you did take a photograph of one state, didn't you,

Yes, I did. I took a photograph. Was that the baby boy? Yes. It's the most

upsetting case I ever worked on. I don't I never had a case that that bother me as much as this. It was horrible.
