Summary

In January 2023, Constance Marten and Mark Gordon went on the run with their newborn baby Victoria. After a nationwide hunt, the couple were found. Two days later, so was the body of Victoria.

Last year a jury found the pair guilty of concealing the birth of a child and perverting the course of justice. However, unable to reach a verdict on the charge of manslaughter, the jury was discharged. Constance Marten and Mark Gordon have faced a retrial on this charge, and today, Caroline and Jack can finally bring you the verdict.
