I recently spent about an hour catching up with former Bears wide receiver Kevin White,

who had quite a bit to say about what happened in his four years in

Chicago and what it's like to live life with being labeled a bust. There's a lot about Kevin White

you might not know, but hopefully will after listening to Tuesday's pod. Here's a quick preview of

our conversation. I got dealt bus cards and can't cry about it and complain about it. But it is kind of like a

punch in his stomach where it's like got all the time in the world, it's done it the right way.

Like why got like what am I doing wrong? What do you want me to see it?

The word bust is attached to your name. Fair or not, it's

attached to your name. Is that hard to just kind of block that out? How did you get to that point?

To me, it's, people can say bust or whatever the case may be. And it is attached to my name by default.

So I think for me, it's okay, you can say Kevin White's a bus because it didn't work out.

Absolutely.

Can't say Kevin White can't play this game or Kevin White can't get open or Kevin White's dropping past.

I couldn't say any of that.

It's not at practice, not at the little any of that. Not at practice,

not at the little bit of games that I did play.

You'd say injuries, you know,

held me back,

but you can't say I was out there
