0:40.5	I appreciate you. So my first story is titled solo cougar encounter.
0:45.2	Ooh, like a cougar like an animal or like a cougar? I'm gonna like probably say an animal.
0:51.2	Who knows though it could get spicy and we could all be shocked.
0:56.0	I don't know why when you said Cougar the first thing that came to my mind was like a really beautiful older woman with a lot of money.
1:02.0	I'm like, yeah, Cougar, a lot of money. I'm like yeah cougar a solo cougar encounter.

1:13.0	Hi ladies, I found your show when I was working on a hops farm in Colorado and was weeding in the
1:17.9	fields for eight hours a day for more than a month.
1:20.8	The work was killer and I needed a distraction and fell into the rabbit hole of your
1:24.4	podcast. I love the trail tale episodes and I feel like it's time for me to submit one of the
1:29.3	many wild outdoor stories that I have. This tale happened in October of 2022 when I was living and studying in the Frank Church River of no return wilderness in Idaho.
1:39.4	My alma mater, U of Idaho, does a program called Semester in the Wild, where a small group of students
1:46.0	backpacks 35 miles out into the wilderness and lives there for three months, taking classes
1:52.2	and learning outdoor skills. I went to the wrong college. I'm just
1:55.2	going to tell you that right now. I agree. Same. We have had this discussion before but we kind of just
2:02.1	picked our colleges for no real reason.
