0:53.0	And my first story is we're actually going to our home state.
0:56.0	We're going to New Hampshire in the White Mountain.

1:06.9	Mine is titled Haunted Schoolhouse in the White Mountains. Hi ladies, I found your podcast a few months ago. I'm only 50 episodes in, but so far my favorite story is your story of
1:14.1	Katmai and Timothy Treadwell amazingly done. I've listened to a few of the
1:18.1	Trail Tales episodes now and thought of a story I wanted to share. It's not
1:22.0	related to a national park but since it'll be close to home for you both I thought you'd enjoy it. For the past four and a half years I've lived in Center Conway, New Hampshire. I moved up here to be close to the White Mountains and I'm an avid hiker.
1:33.7	My house used to be a one-room schoolhouse in the late 1800s known as the new schoolhouse.
1:39.3	A woman named Nellie Carver taught at the school for over a decade until it closed in the 1930s.
1:44.8	A few years ago, she bought the schoolhouse and remodeled it into her home, where she lived for six years.
1:50.0	Then she married and built a house next door selling the old school house to the family
1:54.3	I then bought it from in 2019 who had used it as a second home.
1:58.8	Fast forward to the summer of 2019.
