0:54.4 | vividly. It was spent on a red-eye flight from San Diego to Atlanta. I got maybe 30 minutes of sleep |

1:08.3 | The entire time I was riddled with the thought that I was making a huge mistake, that I was going to die in the woods, that I was making a huge mistake that I was going to die in the woods that I was in way |
1:15.3 | over my head which on a lot of levels was true that I wasn't sure if I'd recognize the person who returned from the trail. |
1:24.8 | Which is funny because that was a big part of what inspired me to take the leap in the first |
