Speaking of dropping from number one to number two, Indiana now is the second losing

this program in college football history.

That's because by way of their win against Penn State and Northwestern losing over the weekend,

Northwestern now has lost more games in college football division one than anyone in history.

Indiana and Northwestern have jostled that dubious title back and forth.
