0:57.7	Doing great. It's officially 2018 and this is our first episode of the new year. We are
1:04.3	back after a very short but much needed break. Just craziness after the holidays and little
1:11.0	people going crazy and wanting to play with all their new toys and then having to get
1:15.5	back to reality. So it was nice having a little short break but I'm glad to be back and

1:53.6	level. To her clients she was more than just an agent and many times would form personal
1:57.9	relationships with them. Family members were called times when Beverly would even be
2:02.0	invited to a client's wedding or baby shower and she was just a genuine person with a big
2:06.2	heart and her clients really saw that shine through to them and they wanted to have her
