In six major cities in this country, it is now officially quicker to travel by bike, far quicker than it is to travel by car, by van or any other form of transport.

you will not be able to drive above 10 miles per hour through most of the streets in those particular cities.

And in many other cities, you're only going to be going about one or two miles per hour faster,

and you won't be able to overtake them either, of course course it has been a plan which has been 20 years in the making people
