we were talking about earlier today josh uh lay out the specifics and how we got here okay very clean

trade going to atlanta c j mccollum, Corey Kispert, going to Washington,

Trey Young. That's the trade. Yeah, easy, easy. How did, how did they get here? Well,

Trey Young did not agree to a long-term extension. Let's put it like this, the Hawks and Trey Young did not agree to a long-term extension. Let's put it like this.

The Hawks and Trey Young did not agree to a long-term extension during the off-season

or in the past few months.

The Washington Wizards lack a long-term solution at point guard.

And while it's unclear, whether this will work work this appears to be a very low risk relatively

low cost move from the wizard's standpoint and from atlanta standpoint a team that is built to

contend now in the east they get two very good wing scorers who should be able to help.

And CJ's a combo guard so he can handle the basketball quite deftly.

And so I think in the short term, this should work for both teams.
