Welcome back to Point Game.

Hope everyone's having a great new year so far.

Me and IT haven't talked in a minute. Took some time off for the holidays. I got some family time. I'm excited to catch up with him. We're going to be talking some big news that we haven't touched yet. Of course, Trey Young to the Wizards. Also, Dennis Schroeder and Luca Beef happened in the other night. We'd love to hear what IT has to say about that. And then we saw on Instagram a big trip to the to the D.R. The Dominican Republic. So I'm just excited to get back to this point game. We're back here at 2026 IT. First of all, how was your holidays?

How's your New Year's?

Let's catch up a little bit.

Holidays was good, man.

Just spending time with the family, which is most important,

seeing family that you don't see all the time as well.

And then the New Year has been good.

Just busy with the kids stuff, family things as usual. As you know,

my oldest is in high school. He's been having high school basketball games. It's been going

pretty well. Then I coached my youngest son in middle school, AAU, eighth grade, 14 U. So,

you know, it's a full, it's a full time grind on my end. And then we got our young seven-year-old daughter that just started basketball this last weekend. Oh, wow. You know, it's a, it's a, it's a full, full court press in the Thomas home. You're, you're a dad, a trainer, a coach. You're a teammates crazy. And I'm still trying to play. It's like, and I still got to work on my game too. So, you know, it's, it's a full-time thing for sure. I see those, those 5 a.m. 6 a.m. staying ready in the weight room. That, that's, uh, that's awesome to see. Well, and also, too, the parent stuff. It's crazy. People are like, all the holidays are here. And I'm just like, man, daycare is closed. Schools, like, that's when you have to, we parents have to work harder in this time. For sure. You got, you don't got the little time you have when you got to school. You got the school hours, you got a few hours to yourself.

You know, that break is like, they ain't going nowhere.

So I was living in a gym during the break because that was the only thing we can do as a family

like that.

So it was definitely a good time.

I'm happy the kids are back in school.

Now it's time to really get right.
