So we finally got to see Trey Young in uniform.

He made his debut limited.

But he flashed some skills that you kind of expect from Trey Young. More than I expected, to be honest with you. I haven't watched him a ton, watch him in the playoffs. Remember when he first came into the league, kind of took the league by storm a little bit? He didn't know if it was kind of... I know when he first came in the league, there was a little bit of question if he would, like, be a superstar, you know, know like is he going to maintain that kind of

level um the way he can get to the basket the flare that he has also more than i also like his

just casually dribbling and then he sees a guy spotted up in the corner and he just throws it 50 feet, hits him right on the dime. Yeah, that was, I think it was Leaky Black. Yeah, Leaky Black was a, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was, he was shooting all over the place. He's super exciting to watch. So in 19 minutes, way more than I thought. Way more than I thought. 19 minutes he finished with 12 points and 6 assists. Only hit one out of his five three-point attempts. He should have had 15 because he missed three free throws. Missed three free throws. He guys are a very good free throw shooter. Committed three turnovers in the 19 minutes. What did you think?

I was pumped. Are people excited? I kind of expected. I mean, I was, I think I predicted 11 and 4. I predicted 12 and 6. I predicted 8. I predicted 15. He's bet the free throws out of right on it. Yeah. I mean, the guy can score, and he's, I think he's third all-time in assists per game. John Stockton and Magic Johnson head of him. He's a pretty good list to be on. He's way more fun to watch than I thought. Way more. So it's a revelation to me. And when he has the whole cast of characters there to pass the ball to, Saarr, Anthony Davis, like, he's only going to get better. He's one of the best. And when he knocks the rust off, like, he has to be encouraged by it. He's one of the best scores on pick and roll. Right. So when Sars back, and if they ever do have Anthony Davis on the court, if you have Trey Young running a pick and roll with him,

that's going to be a really tough combination to stop.

He likes to take a deep three.

Trey can shoot a long three.

Trey can drive to the basket.

His floater game is really good.

And then both of those guys, Sarr and AD, can either drive to the basket or pick and pop.

Both of those guys shoot threes.

And it can protect the basket when he gets burned defensively.

I'm telling you, I'm more pumped about it than I was.

And I was pro.
