How the heck have you been?

Good.

It's been a hectic week already because covering the NFC North, they were the most active

division at the trade deadline.

So all but one of the trades on Tuesday had to do with the NFC North.

So that was fun.

Yeah, a lot of people were upset with me because a little bit before the deadline,

like maybe 15 minutes before the deadline, I tweeted,

oh, every NFC North team except the Packers made a move at the deadline.

And then-

I saw that.

And then-

And then-

And then-Rus-Douglas right after.

So that's my fault.

That's on me if you are upset with the Resul Douglas trade. I jinks it into existence,

I guess. But I actually wanted to start not with the Packers today. I wanted to start with the

Chicago Bears because I know you had, you were on video over on Fox Sports talking about the Montez

Sweat trade. And I know you've been talking about quite a bit. But it's an interesting trade for
