for their future quarterback, which is very timely given the latest PFF NFL daily if you guys subscribe to that or if you don't, that's where we broke down, hey who exactly is Kyle Shanahan's perfect quarterback, we broke this down before the trade even happened, so don't check that out as we get in depth into the Kyle Shanahan thought process behind a quarterback, but today we're going to get into all of these, all of the trades, so you want to break down what actually happened so far?

Yeah, so 49ers moved up from 12 to 3 giving up a 2022 third round compensatory pick and then 2022 and 23 first rounders, so the dolphins on the other end of number 12 obviously in number 12.

So the dolphins pick up two extra firsts and a third to move from three to 12 and then they end up trading up to get into number six giving up one of future first rounder with the Eagles.

Yeah, Miami trade down from 12 to 3 and then jump back up essentially to limit themselves in number six.

We can talk let's talk 49ers first because I think honestly Miami in all of this is like the story or at least one of the biggest, but you probably need to take it in the totality of what they did.

Whereas the 49ers, I mean, this has gone from, you know, Jimmy G's pretty good, but he's been injured a lot, so they're going to have their eye out a little bit on a potential upgrade to, oh, they just traded for three by by Jimmy.

And I know that like after that, it was all they're not going to trade Jimmy G. They're still he's going to be their court. No, Jimmy G is out of there now.

See, that's what I think the Niners are as big of a story. Sure, I mean, I'm just saying that we should take the Miami thing in its totality as opposed to like one bit at a time.

Three big stories coming out of this, right? Miami and their entire rebuild and just unbelievable everything they've done unbelievably set up to get to this point.

The Niners going all in for a quarterback. And then the Eagles at six moving down and only being able to do that because of all that week 17 controversy when they threw the game and, you know, the credibility of the game, they picked up an extra first round pick as in because they'd been further down the draft otherwise.

Correct. They would have been nine.

It was a tenth, I believe, where the giants are. That's a smart point where the Cowboys are. That's a smart point, Steve. I haven't heard anybody else mention that. Well done. Thank you.

So the Eagles in week 17, earning an extra first round pick because they played Nate Sudfeld in backups on Sunday night football and caused like 24 hours worth of controversy.

And now I've likely three of them in next year's first round. Yeah, first round. So where do you want to start?

We'll start with 49ers. Niners. Okay. So they're going to get a quarterback. And as I mentioned.

Jimmy G is out of there. I don't care what any 49er source has been saying. He's gone. He's the reason they're not saying. Yeah, his ass is on the street already is because they're going to be trying to trade him for the maximum amount of collateral they can get back.

They are going to be building this passing game for whoever the new quarterback is. Now we don't know who that is. I assume everybody, including the 49ers is going to be working on the basis.

That number one, two in the draft will be Trevor Lawrence and Zach Wilson because Zach Wilson executed a crazy across his body rolling to the left throw on his pro day.
