Believe it or not, a lot has changed in fantasy football the past seven days alone.

0:04.0

Players who were once great values quickly skyrocketed up draft boards and are now not values.

0:09.0

And some of these players are now worth selling high on and trading away.

0:12.5

So here are 12 players you should trade to your idiot league mates immediately.

0:16.0

Let's begin with the Bears running back Khalil Herbert, who was one of the biggest preseason risers.

0:19.6

At one point this preseason and this offseason, he was a 13th round fantasy pick. But as of right now and today and

0:24.6

towards the last couple of weeks, he's going around seven or eight. And there's a clear reason for this.

0:28.2

We saw early on in the preseason great usage. And you can see that usage right here. The Bears in

0:32.8

their first preseason games, the starters played seven total snaps with Justin Fields and Cleo Herbert played all

0:37.8

seven of those and saw every single running back opportunity, including a 50 plus yard screen

0:41.9

touchdown. And then in week two, he was rested with the starters as a key offensive piece. But is

0:46.4

this enough for him to jump five rounds in fantasy drafts? Well, after what we saw in the third

0:50.2

preseason game, I would say no. And a lot of people weren't paying attention to that third preseason game. But this wasn't good for Herbert. He goes out there and he plays just four of the 12

0:58.3

starter snaps. Now, he did see all of the early down usage with the starters on the first two drives.

1:02.8

And then it was Deonti Foreman who came in for the third drive and saw six snaps. So it was Herbert

1:06.5

who started. He did see the first two drives, but only the early down usage because the rookie, Rocheon Johnson, played both of the third down snaps. So this is completely different than

1:14.3

Herbert playing 100% of the starter snaps on the two drives. Now Rochon and Deonté Foreman are filtered

1:19.3

in. And that fourth round rookie out of Texas, Rochon Johnson is thought to be the best

1:22.8

pass protector out of this backfield and paster running back, which is hence why he played on third downs. He's already stealing some of that usage from Herbert.

1:29.0

So this makes that round seven or eight price tag not as appealing.

1:31.5

You shouldn't have drafted him there.

1:32.7

But if you have Herbert right now, try and sell high on him because of that early usage.
