Inside the Birds is back what's going on everybody.

It is Jeff Mosher, Adam Kaplan, and man, we got an action packed inside the birds

because the birds stay busy, Adam.

They're one of the most active teams at every time in the calendar year to cover.

So not only do we have their preseason game to give intel on, to discuss that, but then on

Sunday they make a very interesting trade that we're going to go really inside.

Obviously getting Johnny Metchie from the

Texans in exchange for Harrison Bryant. We'll get into all the particulars of that. But, you know, even as we go through that, then bam, camp is going to pick right up. And before you know what the third preseason game and then the cut down date is going to be upon us. And that's the way it goes in training camp yeah

we'll see if match he will go into the trade in a minute

but we'll see if he's there today

because they they play friday walk through thursday practices monday tuesday and wincey so

he'll get some practice time and then the question is what could it give him a package to

play for friday's game they got to get to know them very quickly. But yeah, that was interesting. Another trade with the Texans, man, Nick Casario and Howie Roseman, the way it works is folks, teams have trade calls this time of year because they try to see, okay, who's available? Who are you cutting? You might ask about a player because you know that it got the third stringer or like with Metschi's case. It was very questionable whether he's going to make the team. Harrison Bryant almost certainly wasn't going to make the team. And we'll get into why both teams made it and all that, what we think, what we've heard, cash and stuff like that but it's always interesting

you know it's extremely minor trade but john matchy was his second round pick i know it's been a long

time ago and there's been some problems but uh really good person it's a shame you know he had to go

with what he went through health but he's doing great from what i understand and uh we'll see what

happens here but yeah certainly uh when it broke it broke what Sunday afternoon was kind of interesting.

Yeah, yeah, definitely interesting and par for the course for the Eagles.
