It is Tuesday night. We're doing a different time just so we could go after the trade deadline.

A very busy day.

After a really slow week, the last two days, Fred, have lived up to expectation, I would have to say.

Oh, yeah, absolutely.

It's funny, we had talked about doing this right at the deadline like right at 6 p.m.

Eastern and then we decided to leave it for an extra hour.

I'm very, very glad that we left it for an extra hour because so much I think I think not

that everything we are about to say will be right.

In fact, a lot of it will be wrong in the end, but I think we will probably have better takes on these trades than we would have at 6 p.m., especially when trades like the Rizel Iglesias trade that we're going to talk about, the Whitmerifield trade, those trades are coming in like at 6 or after. Or later. Yeah, Iglesias was like 610 almost. And then, yeah, we saw a couple of tiny lines leaked through.

There's a lot of last minute deals, which is always the case.

But it's, it was good to see.

It was really fun to see that.

And of course, the lead option has to be the San Diego Padres.

And what all that they did, they did a lot.

But it starts with Juan Soto.

I was skeptical at first that the Soto deal would ever happen, especially in season.

I think there was probably a 50, 50 chance he wouldn't get dealt.

I was wrong.
