I'm Sam Amick, NBA National Writer, at the Athletic here, as always with the usual suspects.

We got Anthony Slater out west, Fred Katz out east.

Gentlemen, we got trade deadline week.

As we sit here recording, we are, what are we looking at?

T minus about 27 hours, 26 and a half hours until the deadline.

The crickets continue when it comes to activity.

I'll be honest with you guys yesterday, you know, figuring out what I feel like writing,

ended up doing a column on the kind of the Dejante Murray Lakers possibility that has been looming for months.

And while I did enjoy digging in, it was it was admittedly, you know, kind of a direct reflection of the snooze factor on the market to this point.

Once O'G.Nanobie went to the Knicks, Fred, once Pascal Seaccom went to Indiana,

Terry Rozier to Miami, you know, an ailing Stephen Adams to Houston, we haven't seen much.

But I do think it's not a star-filled market this year,

like last year when we had Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant and fireworks and all the above.

But it does feel, I don't know how you guys see it, like there's a lot of scenarios in play.

There's a lot of guys around the edges and the margins that are, you know, potentially

going to help teams.

And I could see things really ramping up, but I think it'll be a Wednesday morning thing.
