I achieved a very depressing life milestone this morning.

I had to just use Bengay to get through the morning.

I've never, like we had it in the house for, like,

marathon training and stuff and, uh, over time, but this is the first time that it's been, like,

in order for me to get from my bed to the car, to the kitchen, to the car, to get the kids to

school, I need Ben-Gengue which is like an insane

thing that just crept up on me in a way that i mean i guess you didn't you never know when you're

going to hit that moment but when you hit it it's it's it's unpleasant so yeah i mean your knee

hurt walking up the stairs yet that's a that's another life milestone i

get them down i can't walk down the stairs yeah which is like a weird thing like at this point

i might just like do what my kids do and like slide on my butt down the stairs just yeah and enjoy it

you know the one like football injury that i had that lingered like was from playing growing up was my like a bad

knee like and so it was weird because like after I had surgery on it like weather would affect

it you know what I mean like where and this wasn't like when I was still like playing this was like

when I got older it would be like it'd be raining and be like, oh, my knee feels loose.

That's weird.

And so, as you might imagine, that only gets worse with age.

And then you start to compensate and now both your knees are hurting, which is not great.

You have a lot.
