But let's start here with this Memphis Miami deal, Mr. LaRouh as tradition dictates the

terms please.

The Memphis Grizzlies trade Andre Guadala, Jay Crowder and Solomon Hill to the Miami

Heat for Justice Winslow, Deon Waiters and James Johnson who was then rerouted to Minnesota

for Gorge Zhang.

We talked a little bit about that in part one.

And then we'll talk about this kind of in conjunction.

The Heat agree to a extension with a Guadala that adds two years and 30 million.

The second year is it looks like a team option might be non-guaranteed but either way you

know it's a no guaranteed money for the 21 slash 22 season when Pat Riley has been

pretty aggressively talking about how he wants to keep space.

Yeah, so let's look at this from Miami's perspective first here.

The extended trade for Guadala, the two years, 30 million team option on the second year

opening, keeping open that 2021 space.

And I thought that aspect of it was pretty good.

But they're also to get off of basically 28 million in dead money of Waiters and James
