Today on the podcast I'm talking with my friend Michaela! I've known Michaela since my competitive CrossFit days and we've followed each other on social media for years now. She recently helped me understand my protein intake and I've been able to add muscle like never before in the past. She's so smart when it comes to exercise, diet, and we've been on similar journeys when it comes to the exercise and reducing our volume throughout the years. positive person and I feel like we're on very similar journeys where we were both in the

cross-fit world and now we've kind of started to try different things but not only

is she's an amazing athlete very kind kind person, obviously an amazing mother. I'm guessing an

amazing wife, really don't know about her wife to husband experience. But you know, I guess that

she's a great wife because she's just a bright soul but she's very good with nutrition

So I kind of wanted to bring her on today to talk more about nutrition because she is the one who helped me

Start looking at my protein intake to build muscle and from increasing my protein intake I've actually seen muscle build

before my eyes it's been really. And so we talk through that, we kind of

talk through caloric deficit, and she just kind of talks about her business and

how she works one-on-one with people and I love following her stories and seeing

the difference she's made in people's lives, whether it's through food, whether
