Spring ball may be over, but Notre Dame is just picking up the pace on the recruiting trail.

Since we last met, the staff has added five commitments.

We'll get into all of those, but first we want

to focus on the most recent pledge, David Full Runso. The six-foot-three, two-90-pound defensive tackle

at a St. Patrick in Chicago represents the number 43 overall prospect and number three defensive

linemen in the class of 2027. That's according to 24-7 sports composite rankings.

Most notably, the Irish beat out rival Miami for Fuller Run Show.

Nordame's second big-time victory over the hurricanes this week.

Eric, how did Notre Dame get this one done?

Yeah, this has been an interesting one to track.

So Fuller Run Show is a player that started to really appear on national radars, you know, in 2025, but his really big, the explosion of his profile really came this off season.

I was looking at it before.

I think he had like eight offers coming into the calendar year 2026,

and now he's over 30. He leaped from like three star status to four star status or to,

you know, top 100 four star status, borderline five star. And Notre Dame got involved pretty early in that ascension period. They weren't, you know, one of the schools that was in it

from 2025 like miami was but

they got in it right as his profile started to blow up and there's a lot of notre dame uh love around

and he's trained with notre dame players in the past being local in chicago his head coach at st patrick

his notre name uh legend tom zivikowski so there's a lot of love for the fighting Irish sort of around his his personal
