Today's tip is that by tracking time, you can make time.

Mindlessness is the biggest time-waistor of all.

And when you know where the time goes, you can make wise choices that help you feel like time is far more expansive.

Long time before breakfast listeners know that I have been tracking my time in half-hour increments since 2015.

Now, I don't look at my time log every half-hour to write things down.

But I do check in on my time sheets three times a day or so.

And write down what I've done since the last check-in.

So I have a pretty comprehensive record of the last six years.

For the first year or two, I made detailed studies of my tallies.

How many hours did I work? How many hours did I sleep?
