Ooh! Something I have to work on is not speaking so loud when we're recording this

podcast because my microphone just picks up my voice. Your microphone

picks up both of our voices like almost evenly like my and I do all these things like try to remove my voice but it's like time consuming and I know I'm projecting right now. It's just so hard to talk low.

Just mindful. Everything is mindfulness. But I feel like if I don't project then I have

vocal fry.

Thee's probably a happy medium.

It's just, I know, sometimes I get excited and I'm talking loud.
