Next on the AM update. The young boy who was critically injured in a shooting at Joel Osteen's Houston Megachurch on Sunday was the son of the shooter.

That's according to authorities.

Police identified the shooter as 36-year-old Janice Ivano Marino, who as far as I can make out as a dude

as a dude, although some are claiming she's a woman pretending to be a dude. The boy, who authorities

described as a seven-year-old, remained in critical condition Monday with a gunshot wound to the head.

He had been described as a five-year-old in early reports on Sunday.

Authorities say the perpetrator of this crime carried an AR-15 rifle into church with a sticker

which read Palestine stuck on the gun's butt. The shooter was actually born in El Salvador and was

detained by ICE a few years ago, but records show she or he, whichever one it is, was actually able to vote in the 2020

election. Houston Police Commander Chris Hassig also added this during a news conference yesterday.

We do have some facts that she was put under an emergency detention order by Houston police

officers. We believe in 2016.

We do believe that she does have a mental health history that is documented through us

and through interviews with family members.

And we do want to state that through our investigation,

familial dispute that has taken place between her ex-husband and her ex-husband's family,

and some of those individuals are of our Jewish. So we believe that that might possibly be where all of this stems from.
