industry, the property world. And this particular story is appearing in Landlord today and the headline reads Angela Rayna

stops Mayor's plan to impose rent controls on landlords and the story goes on to detail

how Angela Rayna has stopped to the Khan from bringing

him rent controls to London, which is really interesting.

But I think the most interesting line here for me, Rob, is the spokesman for the Ministry of Housing

communities and local government has stated Angela Rayna I quote has no plans

whatsoever to devolve rent-control powers.
