But the headline is, House Prices are up.

Well, it depends actually on which report you look at but the most

notable eye-catching report is from nationwide and the latest house prices

reported there show that they have gone up by 0.4% in the last month.

Now this comes after two months of mild but slightly surprising falls because the market

sentiment seems strong at the moment, not wild, not aggressive, but just

maybe a confidence, a quiet confidence you could call it in the market right now.
