Rob let's start with inflation because there's so much going on in the world right now in

normal world news that people may have missed this but for me this is big news when it comes to our economy

UK inflation fell to 3.4% in February now that's the lowest it's been for two and a half years

But what's really important here

is that it was lower than forecast.

And when we have a forecast, when it moves one way or the other, that's news.

It's something that wasn't expected and this is a

good thing. This is moved in a way that surprised people in a good way.

Inflation is on its way down. Hopefully this isn't a blip because if this continues to happen we can then expect

interest rates to follow in the not too distant future.

3.4% is a lot, lot lower than we've become used to even though it is still above target.
