Welcome to the property podcast.

This is the show where we try to pass on some of what we've learned

0:25.0

from spending all day every day with our team immersed in the world of property, advising

0:29.6

a fund, putting together hundreds of deals a year. And this is the show where we find out if that actually counts for anything

0:34.8

Does doing this for a living mean we have any ability to predict what's going to happen in the year ahead you're about to find out and it may not be pretty

1:24.4

Now we're going to be going into our predictions in a minute.

1:27.0

We always use nationwide to judge our predictions against that.

1:30.0

But Halifax always interesting to keep an eye on as well. But what has all this been for next year?

1:34.4

Does this mean that the crash that was meant to happen didn't happen and never will? Or is it just going to be late?

1:39.6

Well unfortunately we're going to have to take a stab at that in our predictions episode next year,

1:44.7

and in our first episode back in January, we're going to be joined by some experts from across

1:48.6

the industry giving their predictions.
