It's time for our new story of The Week and the big news is the Renters Reform Bill

has passed its second reading this week, which means it is upon us.

Yes, the Renters Reform Bill that so many landlords have been worried about is on its

way to happening.

A positive development with this news though is that shortly before the debate, the government

responded to a committee recommendation that no fault evictions aren't abolished until

a new court process is in place.

And this really does feel like a win, because this was the point that had the most concern

from the majority of landlords.
