So it's time for our new story of the week and the new comes from the powerhouse that

is right move and right moves got some interest in data and a very interesting headline,

which reads 1.9% sum up price drop as stretched affordability begins to improve.

So in short, asking prices have fallen by nearly 2%.

Now, this is the biggest drop in a while.

I'm personally real, I'm actually surprised it's taken this long for people to start raining

in their asking prices because if that like asking prices were ignoring what was happening

in the actual market, but this more closely reflects to what is actually happening
