1:27.0	Because you have businesses that talk about how successful you've been or business owners who talk about how successful they've been, either near an exit or after an exit.
1:35.6	You've got loads of podcasts out there that tell you how to start, and that's great.
1:40.6	But what about a podcast that tells you about the journey, the middle part, the bit where the most frustrations happen, the tears, the joy.
1:50.0	There's so many ups and downs in that part and I believe the most learning opportunities as well that we just had to scratch our own itch and create this podcast.
2:00.0	Yeah, and we know that you love this topic because whenever we record an episode about business,
2:05.0	it gets better reactions or more reactions than when we talk about a property.
2:08.0	Clearly this is something that there is a demand for more about and we are very happy to fill that demand.
