There's some depth here, so there's quite a bit to mull over Rob, but most of it is based on comments from

Kate Faulkner. Yeah it is a really good article it's one of those rare

occasions where it's really worth reading the whole things you'll find the

link in the show notes for this episode well Well worth having a read. So in this

piece Kate Faulkner who's a well-known property commentator is commenting on

lots of the same things that we've talked about before all the different kind of

indices and forecasts and all these different things that come out on a

regular basis and trying to piece together what it all actually means. What's worth unpacking a little bit is it right in the

intro. It says year on year demand in the UK has fallen by

19% as buyers hold off on making any decisions in the light of the current political climate.

That's definitely true. We've talked about that on episodes in the past about how most people are holding off if they can not making any decisions unless they need to and that can create an opportunity for investors.
