0:28.0	And after doing a sterling job of avoiding him talking about Brexit for the most part, for the last couple of years,
0:32.0	we're now talking about it for the third week in a row, but we have to because things are coming to a head.
0:36.3	People are worried about what might happen and people want to know how to take advantage of what's happening.
0:40.7	So we're going to be covering all of that in today's episode.
0:44.0	So this week's new story Rob is really interesting because on last week's podcast we
0:48.3	covered quite a few new stories and many of them were negative. So a really, really positive news story this week
0:56.4	with some unbelievable numbers attached and of course this was covered by
1:01.6	all the press and everyone is now talking about it or are they.
1:05.0	Yes, so we found this one in The Guardian. This is reporting on the Halifax House
1:09.2	price index and the headline is UK House prices make surprise 5.9% rise in February.
1:15.0	That's the biggest monthly increase since 1983 and it's added more than 13,000 pounds
1:21.0	to the value of a typical home in just a month.
1:24.1	This is absolutely remarkable.
1:26.0	Is the scale of the increase of what they say it is?
