1:14.4	worth commenting on now because it's actually law and it is confirmed that this is coming in
1:18.1	from October. So this is new rules around HMOs particularly affecting two things.
1:23.0	Firstly, what actually requires an HMO license
1:25.8	at the national level, and secondly, minimum room sizes.
1:29.1	So let's take the definition of an HMO first.
1:31.4	Up until now, nationally, an HMO has required a license if it's been
1:35.4	lived in by five or more people forming two or more households over three or more stories.
1:41.1	So in other words if you've got a group of five or more people who are not a family
