but Rob and I this week decided it'd be a good idea to look at property in 20 years time.

We're giving ourselves a pretty long time frame with the 20 years.

But yeah, we're going to be putting ourselves out there and making some big predictions.

The podcast feels even, I feel closer to you this week even

there were a few hundred miles away still. Yes this week I've been in Manchester Leeds,

Liverpool, Warrington, so I'm doing the Northern Powerhouse proud this week. I had a really good week actually been to see sites, developments, lots of meetings in really cool cafes and interesting parts of town doing big picture stuff. So I've really enjoyed my time and the weather's

been alright as well which is important as I am British and that's what we obsess over

so a very good and productive week here in the north but don't worry I'm back in London tonight so I'll see

you for breakfast next week got a lovely meeting haven't we? Yeah that'll be good we've

also got the Property Hub Summit in Manchester coming up which is one of the reasons that I'm back.
