We are indeed talking about alternative investments. Just like property isn't the

only asset class, by Tille isn't the only way to invest in property. We'll be running through a load of different

potential investments, some of which you'll have heard of, some of which you might not, and giving you the

pros and cons. There is no such thing as the perfect investment, of course. But there is such a thing as the right and the wrong investment for you so we're

going to be steering you through that particular minefield. We are and we've got

your new story come up as well but before we do we just have to thank Rob D for turning up after such a successful

book launch. I mean, I was a bit nervous this morning Rob, whether you'd come in or not, I thought

you'd be jet setting or signing copies in Waterstones.

But now you've managed to drag yourself in for another podcast.
