Wow, episode 200 and what a blast from the past.

I can't be leave, he came back for the big one Rob

good old Rick the number of listeners that man lost us so many people in the early days

that why would I want to hear an American talk about property?

Well if you listen to beyond the first 30 seconds you'd have a couple of Brits

talking rubbish about property instead. But yeah we thought we would drop that in for

the purest. We wanted to go back and put in more clips from

episode one but we couldn't bear to listen to any of it so we stopped at

about 20 seconds. But we needed a bit of self-indulgence because this is

episode 200 of the Property Podcast. We've been going for nearly four years now and in this

episode we're going to share some of the lessons that we've learned along the way

both related to property and not related to property but very much applicable to that and many other things in life.

So we're going to be doing that but just because we're being self-indulgent doesn't mean that

we don't have a new story and a great resource for you because we do of course. Before we get

into all that though it's just been meet-up time the first meet-up of the year.

I didn't make it a long to on because I was on my way back from Malta on my Christmas holidays but Rob you did where did you get to

I went to Milton Keynes and of course I got lost in the random art system on the way

because a road was closed but when I did get there and I wasn't too late I got to a great meet-up. The Milton Keynes meet-up is really
