0:37.6	But we're going to start Rob with a news story about a new housing minister who seems to be singing from a slightly different hymn sheet.

0:49.5	Well yes, we've got a housing minister that seems a little bit more balance, which is great news.
0:57.0	First of all, actually, having a house minister that seems to have a voice is interesting,
1:01.0	because the last few housing ministers, can anyone name them since Grand Chaps? I can't.
1:04.7	So it's great that this one seems to be making some ruffles, making himself known,
1:10.6	and he's already after his first speech had had a bit to say.
1:14.3	Yeah broadly Gavin Barwell we should say his name is let's see if we can still name him in a
1:18.8	couple of years the main thrust of his speech was that they're rather than focusing on just making sure that more
1:24.4	properties get built to sell. He just wants to make sure that properties get built full stop,
1:30.2	whether that's fur for sale, to let or whatever. He's recognized that there is just not enough supply
1:36.4	and it doesn't matter as much as had previously been considered whether those properties are starter homes for people to buy or if it's rental
1:45.9	accommodation to go into because he's quite correctly identified that there is just a not enough
1:52.2	supply full stop and what they were doing before
1:56.0	was kind of ignoring the rental sector seeing that as second class and that they really
2:01.4	wanted to get people owning homes and because of that
