Hello and this week we're looking at how to episode one eight four of the property podcast. I'm Rob B of course with Rob D and this week we're looking at how to prepare your property to let. Let's do it. I hope we're not starting as we mean to go on there up.

I hope we're not starting to mean to go on there Rob.

0:21.0

It's a cheesy pun in the first 20 seconds. Yeah we're talking about how to get

0:26.8

your property ready. So last week we talked about how to actually get it bought. Now we're talking

0:30.8

about how to get it let. So that is our main topic this week.

couple of years the main thrust of his speech was that they're rather than focusing on just making sure that more

1:24.4

properties get built to sell. He just wants to make sure that properties get built full stop,

1:30.2

whether that's fur for sale, to let or whatever. He's recognized that there is just not enough supply

1:36.4

and it doesn't matter as much as had previously been considered whether those properties are starter homes for people to buy or if it's rental

1:45.9

1:52.2

supply full stop and what they were doing before

1:56.0
