We're not setting up pensions for a fall by any means.

But this is all sparked by something in the press,

so we'll explain why we're talking about this this week.

But Rob the highlight of our month is always the first Thursday of the month so well this month the first of September is a highlight it's

all downhill from here it's meet-up night that's why we love the first Thursday so

much more than 30 meet-ups across the country and beyond we We were at them. Where were you? You went to an unusual

one didn't you? Well, don't start because you didn't travel far and wide either. I went to Kings

Cross, which is not too far from the R&P office but we had some new people

starting at R&P and I wanted to show them a meet up so that's why I went there so I've got a reason but Rob the way you're going on you must have gone really far where did you go?

Yeah the Dumfries meet up was awesome now I was in St. Aubons which I Is that the 120 minutes away on the train? 18 right. But yeah I was at the

St. Aubons meet-up actually the first Property Hub meet-up.

Chris Ryder was running that meet-up before Property Hub meet-ups were a thing,

and we kind of brought it into our world.
