Hello and welcome to the Property Podcast. It is episode 73. I'm Rob B with me as Rob D. Hey Rob, how are you today? I am very well indeed, thank you. It's very nice and sunny here in Prague and I understand it's been pretty roasting over in London as well.

Yeah, we've had a summer. Incredible. So normally you run away to escape and to get some sunshine,

but you could have had it here in old Blighty Rob.

I could have done. But never mind, we've both had the sign, we've both been very busy, as you'll find out very shortly.

So we've talked about self-managing in the past, but if you go down the letting agent route,

how do you make sure that's a good

relationship that's what we're going to cover today we are so it's built on
