Hello and welcome to the Property Podcast. It is episode 71.

I'm Rob B calling in from a sunny London.

With me is Rob D calling in from what sounds like a sunny Prague.

Yeah, you hear well, Rob. It is indeed Prague, I don't know how you got that.

It's like we spoke before we recorded.

It's almost like that. Spooky. Yeah, so I'm checking in from Prague. Just

got in yesterday and I'm going to be based here for about a month or so, so I'm looking

forward to having a little bit of an explore. After we have recorded today's episode which should be another

belter so this is a follow-up on episode 69 where we introduced the 18-year

property cycle we're going to be using that to make ourselves look foolish by

making some predictions. So should be a really great episode. And as always we've got the

resource of the week and a new story for you as well. So lots to pack in.
