Welcome Rob, how are you?

I am really well, I'm having a good time in Berlin where I'm based at the moment and I better not say any more because we've got so much to get through this week. Absolutely loads. We're going to be giving you an insight this week into how we set goals when it comes to property.

We always talk about how important goals are, but this week we're going to get really deep into how we do it and why you should be doing the same.

We could talk forever about this but

we're going to try and keep it to a nice snappy 20-25 minutes for you and then

at the end as always we're going to be sharing our resource of the week which

is another great book this week. But before we get going
