Rob, we've got a really special episode this week, so why don't you introduce what's coming up

yeah we have this is going to be a great episode this is one that we're calling

the Beginners guide to property investment we talk about stuff that's relevant for

beginners and other people in other episodes but this time we're really going to

pack it full of essential information for any newcomers to property

investment but that doesn't mean that you get a week off if you've already got a

property or two under your belt because I think it's always really useful to review where you're up to and I'm

convinced that you're going to find something for you in here this week.

And our resource of the week keeps that going so it's beginners all the way this week.
