I'm good to be here.

I'm pleased to say that everyone is listening to the UK's number one investing

podcast apparently according to iTunes which is great news.

But Robin and us going on about our rankings again Rob, why don't you tell us what we've got coming up this week?

Yeah, we'll have to make some time for our content after we've finished banging on about that.

We are going to be talking this week about how to find a property investing hotspot and we're going to talk about

some fundamentals that underlie where you should be investing as well. We're

also going to have a look at some news that's caught our eye this week and

we're going to finish up with a great free tool that we both use and that I now can't imagine living without.

So that's well worth sticking around for.

The tool we use we actually use for the podcast, our businesses, our personal lives, so if you're not using this tool you're definitely going to

have to get hold of it but before we get going we did promise that we would
