I'm excited about every week, but we've got a lot to pack in this time particularly.

First of all because we've got to talk about how well the podcast is doing.

But then if we've got any time left after gloating, we're going to tell you the happiest place to live in the UK.

And we're going to go head to head for what I've started calling the landlord v investor

Smackdown is Rob versus Rob over four rounds with me fighting the corner of

landlords and Rob B arguing that we should be thinking of ourselves as investors instead.

Will we still be friends afterwards or am I just massively overhiping the whole thing?
