Screen time was an issue that I had so many conversations about and just realized that it was top

of mind for most of the parents that I knew and yet there wasn't that one book that people had you know to say like oh you have to read this and this will help you figure it out the way there might be for sleep or food or other issues that the parents are grappling with so I really set out to write that book.
